The problem
Your repeat B2B buyers don't log in and click through a cart. They email a spreadsheet, forward a PDF purchase order, or message the sales rep. Someone on your side then retypes 40 lines into the admin, gets one SKU wrong, and the order never shows up in your conversion numbers.
What it will do
- Connects to a mailbox (IMAP). Every incoming email with an order attachment is parsed: SKUs, quantities, requested delivery address, customer notes. Works on messy real-world files, no per-customer template mapping.
- Creates a draft order in a "Pending review" grid in the Magento admin, matched to the existing customer account and their negotiated prices. Unmatched lines are flagged, not guessed.
- One click turns the draft into a normal Magento order, with the original email attached. Full audit trail. Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key; nothing leaves your server except the text of the order.
